Shipping Policy

Our deliveries are carried out all over the world, quickly and safely.
The delivery time and amount may vary according to the city and country and the type of freight chosen at the time of purchase.
The average delivery time for the capitals of the country is three working days, from the confirmation of payment of the order by the card administrator or confirmation in case of bank deposit or boleto if the product is in stock, if it is not in stock and it will have to be manufactured in the average period and from 20 to 30 days plus delivery time and for other locations in the country, from one to five business days, depending on the region and also another 20 to 30 days of manufacture.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to exchange your product. Even though it is a virtual store, Le Freire high-end decorative hardware offers all the ease for you to make your exchange, and the freight for the first exchange is at our expense.

Exchanges and returns can be made within 7 working days after the date of receipt of the product, the first step is to communicate to our service team through the email atendimento@lefreire.com.br

Important informations:

- You can exchange for the product you want as long as it is available in stock
- The product must be sent in the original packaging, undamaged, or in a safe way for transportation, which will be analyzed. If you put the product at risk, the exchange may not be accepted, in which case the product will be resent
- The Electronic Invoice (DANFE) or copy of it must accompany the product
- The conditions of the product for return will be analyzed, once the return has been accepted (defective product, damaged in shipping or in disagreement with the order) you can choose to exchange for another product on the site or to refund the amount paid
- In cases of refund of the amount paid: if the payment was made with a credit card, the refund will occur in up to two invoices on your card. If your purchase was paid by bank deposit, the amount will be debited from your checking account, within 10 working days.
- If you receive the product with a damaged, open or wet box and this damages the product, your product may be replaced with an identical one. In case the product is no longer available in stock, the customer gets the value of the product as a credit to use in the store.

Exchanges or returns of custom made, personalized products, orders under special orders or clearance products will not be accepted.
